Jammers Alumni in College

Former Jammers...after High School and JO Volleyball

As a salute to their hard work and dedication and an inspiration to younger club members, we will post information concerning former players for the Jammers VBC.

Whether or not they all go on to play VB after their HS and JO egilibility, their decision to seek higher education is a testament to their academic commitment.

Those that chosen to pursue volleyball in college, were able to demonstrate a level of ability to allow them the opportunity participate in a demanding D1, D2 or D3 program as well as take on a full academic load.

We are extremely proud of ALL of our former players and wish them well in their future endeavours.

All of the ladies listed below have followed their club experience at Jammers VBC with an opportunity to play at the collegiate level.

Former Jammers playing Division I, II or III College VB:

Lara Keyes - UNC Greensboro

Anna Hayes - Meredith College

Malikah French - Guildford College

Ryanne Greer - Methodist University

(*Denotes players that finished their final club season with another club)

Dozens of other former club players have go on to play club ball on their college teams. This is not inter-mural or coed volleyball, but a very competitive league which plays very much like you do in the Carolina Region, attending tournaments and playing rival college club teams.
All of these players wanted to continue participating in volleyball after high school, but not at the Varsity level.
