The Junior Jammers developmental program introduces girls to the game of volleyball.  Teams will be formed and guided by experienced coaches, specially created to focus on fundamentals, rules, positions, and strategies of the game.  There will be (2) two practices per week with regional tournaments (within a two hour driving distance) between January and March.

Jammers Junior Regional teams compete in regional tournaments throughout the state. To prepare for these tournaments, teams will practice twice per week throughout most of the club volleyball season.

Jammers Regional teams compete in regional tournaments throughout the state. Regional teams play more tournaments than Junior Regional teams. To prepare for these tournaments, teams will practice twice per week throughout most of the club volleyball season.

Jammers Regional Plus teams compete in additional regional tournaments throughout North Carolina.  Regional Plus teams play more tournaments than Regional teams and receive more instruction. To prepare for these tournaments, teams will practice twice per week throughout most of the club volleyball season.

Jammers Semi-National teams compete in tournaments throughout North Carolina and other surrounding states.  To prepare for these tournaments, teams will practice twice per week throughout most of the club volleyball season.  The Semi-Nationals is highly competitive with an extended season and more tournament play.

Jammers National teams compete in tournaments throughout North Carolina and other surrounding states. To prepare for these tournaments, teams will practice twice per week throughout most of the club volleyball season.  The National teams compete at the highest level with an extended season and more tournament play days. 

Jammers 18 Black team is a unique volleyball experience.  Players who join this team either have already given verbal or written commitment to play at the college level or have multiple collegiate volleyball offers they are considering.  The practices and training are all synthesized to create a college-like environment.  The purpose of tournaments for this team is not primarily for player exposure but to simulate and execute complex volleyball play against like competition. 18 Black competes in tournaments throughout North Carolina and other surrounding states. To prepare for these tournaments, teams will practice twice per week throughout most of the club volleyball season. 18 Black is highly competitive with an extended season and more tournament play.
