JaLisa Sessoms is a Durham native and has over 12 years of volleyball experience. While at Riverside High School, she was a two-sport athlete playing both Volleyball and Basketball.  Jalisa received Honorable Mention Junior year, All-Conference Team Senior year, and lettered in both sports respectively.  While at Riverside, JaLisa was recruited to play both volleyball and basketball collegiately. 

JaLisa attended the University of Mount Olive where she played basketball and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Management. In 2014, JaLisa returned to Riverside as the Assistant Volleyball and Basketball Coach.  JaLisa now serves as the Head Junior Varsity Volleyball Coach and Assistant Varsity Volleyball Coach. JaLisa joined the Jammers' coaching staff in 2014 and specializes in hitting and serving. 

Favorite Position: Outside Hitter / Setter 

Hobby: Travelling & loves to go on cruises
