Bree Simmons, JD

Bree Simmons is a graduate of North Carolina Central University with a major in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Law Enforcement and a minor in English Writing.   She played volleyball at NCCU as a DS/Libero. She was named MEAC Defensive Specialist of the Week during the 2017 volleyball season. Before college,  Bree attended Southern Vance High School in Henderson, NC. While in high school, she was a triple-sport athlete playing volleyball, softball, and participated on the cheerleading team.  During her senior year, she received the Tom Suiter Extra Effort Award from WRAL for academics, athletics, and community service.

Bree played for the Jammers Volleyball Club for two years and has been coaching for the club since 2015 as well as high school since 2020. Volleyball is her passion and something she loves to do. 

"I love giving girls the opportunity to gain the knowledge of volleyball while having fun and competing. Volleyball opened up the door for me in so many ways, and I love to give girls that same opportunity."
