Emily has played volleyball for over 10 years and will be in her first year of coaching. She grew up in Maryland and played at Maryland Juniors Volleyball Club and on River Hill High School’s Varsity team. She was the 2015 Howard County Player of the Year and was named to Howard County’s All-Decade Team. She went on the play club volleyball at Stanford University and helped lead the team to 3rd place at NCVA Nationals. Her favorite volleyball position is middle blocker.

She currently is a medical student at Duke School of Medicine and is interested in either Neurosurgery or Orthopedic Surgery. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, watching Love Island, and is learning how to play basketball.
