Thiana Baez has been playing volleyball for 5+ years. She started her career in high school, playing for both Hamden and West Haven High Schools in Connecticut. Baez was named a Senior Captain at West Haven High School where her school team was recognized in local newspapers. She is also a Scholar-Athlete recipient.  After graduating, Baez has continued her volleyball career by competing in winter and summer leagues within the area.

While this is her first year coaching with the Club, she is excited to learn, teach, and become a part of the Jammers Family!

Favorite Position: Defensive Specialist

Fun Fact: Broken both pinkies a year apart playing volleyball! 

Hobbies: Take her cats outside for walks (which they love) and go on adventures!
